About us and these terms
MARV Racing is a brand of Nuova Digital LLC, a limited liability company with its address at 28 Geary St, Ste 650 #197, San Francisco, CA 94108, United States (“MARV”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone on +40 774 507 044.
These terms apply when you buy digital files on marvracing.com. Please read them before you buy. By completing checkout you accept them. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law of your country gives you.
A consumer is someone buying mainly for personal purposes, not for a trade, business, craft or profession.
What you are buying
You are buying digital 3D print files (3MF or STL), delivered as a ZIP download. You are not buying a physical part: nothing is shipped to you.
Each edition is described on the product page, including what the download contains (for example the wing parts and the free display mount files), the printed size and the recommended setup. Renders and photos show prints made from the files; your result depends on your printer, material, settings and finishing.
To use the files you need a 3D printer, slicing software that opens the file formats in the download, and the skills to print and assemble multi-part models. Please check the product page before you buy, especially the size of the parts against your printer’s build volume.
If we publish an improved version of the files for your edition, you can get it at no extra cost: we will email past buyers, or send it to you on request.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are final: any VAT due is included. There are no delivery charges. If your card is in another currency, Stripe or your bank may show or charge a converted amount.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Before your files are delivered, we may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a price was clearly shown in error; if we cancel, we refund what you paid.
Promotional codes apply only as stated with the code, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
Your order and delivery
You must be 18 or older to buy, or buy with the permission of a parent or guardian.
The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment. Your order page then opens, and we email the same download link to the address you gave at checkout, together with a confirmation of your order.
Your order page and the link in your email are personal to your order. They stay open for 30 days, and each file can be downloaded 5 times. Every download starts from a fresh secure link that is created when you click and lasts 15 minutes. Please keep your own copy once it is downloaded. If you have trouble downloading, write to us and we will help, including by reissuing access within a reasonable time.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the law says this right ends once supply begins, if you asked for supply to begin straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
At checkout you are asked to do exactly that, and your order email confirms it. So once your files are available to download, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase. This does not affect your rights if the files are faulty (section 06).
If for any reason your order went through without that request, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by telling us clearly, for example by email to [email protected]. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.
If something is wrong with the files
The files must match their description, be complete, open in common slicing software and do what we say they do. If they don’t, tell us at [email protected] with your order reference and what went wrong.
We will fix the problem or replace the files within a reasonable time and free of charge. If we can’t, or don’t, or the problem is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or a full refund. These rights come from the law, and you keep them for as long as the law of your country gives them to you.
This does not cover problems caused by your printer, material, settings, slicing, assembly or changes you made to the files.
Your licence to use the files
The files are licensed to you, not sold. When your payment is confirmed we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- download the files and keep copies on devices you own;
- change the files for your own printing, for example to resize, split or reinforce parts;
- print the parts, and print replacement parts, for your personal, non-commercial use, such as display or your own sim rig.
You may not, and may not let anyone else:
- share, upload, publish, sell, rent, give away or otherwise distribute the files, or any changed version or remix of them, in any form or on any platform;
- sell, rent or commercially use printed parts made from the files, or offer printing of them as a service;
- use the files or images of them to train, fine-tune or test any AI or machine-learning model;
- remove notices from the files, or claim the design as your own.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, your licence ends and we may disable your downloads. Want to use the files for a business, an event or a commercial project? Ask us at [email protected] about a commercial licence.
Our brand and the design
The MARV 001 design, the files, renders, photos and texts, and the names and marks MARV and MARV Racing and the MARV crest belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our brand.
MARV designs are Formula-inspired. MARV Racing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA or any racing team. F1 and Formula 1 are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V.
Safety
- Prints are display models. Never fit them to a real vehicle, use them on a road or track, or rely on them as a structural or safety part.
- Follow your printer and material manufacturer’s safety instructions, including on heat, fumes and ventilation.
- Printed parts can have sharp edges and small pieces. Keep them away from young children and pets.
- Large prints are heavy. Fix wall mounts with fixings suited to your wall and the weight, and check them from time to time.
You are responsible for how you print, assemble, mount and use the parts.
Our responsibility to you
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. The files are for private use, so we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit or business interruption.
If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content you own, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.
If you are buying as a business, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the order, and the files are supplied as they are, without implied warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the version you accepted when you bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
If you have a complaint, please write to us first at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to resolve things within 14 days. We do not currently take part in alternative dispute resolution, but you can always contact the consumer protection authority in your country. (The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.)
Everything else
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company that takes over MARV Racing; your rights under these terms will not be reduced. These terms, with the information on the product page and at checkout, are the whole agreement between us about your purchase; this does not affect anything the law treats as part of the contract, such as what we told you before you bought.
